Putting the Heart Back into Bangor

As you might know, since the turn of the year, FABB has been running a programme of activities and events to engage with a wide public audience, and seeking their views on the redevelopment of Queens Parade. This included organised coffee evenings, walking tours, completing questionnaires, Facebook discussions and meeting people at the Lilac Pod at Project 24.The information gathered was condensed into a slide presentation, which was presented by FABB representatives to Turley, the Government’s consultant on the re-development of Queens Parade, on 3rd June at their offices in Belfast.

For your information, you can view these slides here.

Our Members Update last week publicised Turley’s own public engagement  on their proposals, which takes place this week at the Flagship Centre (w/c 16th June 2014), so please make sure you visit – this is your chance to have your say directly to the consultants.
